ADHD · Autism · Anxiety · Executive Functioning · Learning Differences

Neurodivergent care for the whole family.

“People come to us saying things like…”

“I think I might have ADHD or autism — maybe both. I can’t tell where one ends and the other starts.”

“Anxiety. Depression. ADHD. Some of the explanations fit a little, but never all of it.”

“I started looking for answers for my child — and somewhere along the way, I started recognizing myself.”

“Help me understand and advocate for my neurodivergent child.”

“I was recently diagnosed. Now what?”

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Different isn’t broken.

At Closer Horizons, we see differences as part of what makes each person who they are—not something that automatically needs to be fixed.

We believe good care starts with understanding the whole person: what’s hard, what’s strong, how they experience the world, and what matters to them.

An evaluation should give you more than a diagnosis. Therapy should make room for the way your brain actually works. And support should help make everyday life work better—not teach you to look more “typical.”

Different isn’t broken. Sometimes understanding the difference changes everything.

How we help

Intentionally small. Highly individualized.

Psychological Evaluations

Comprehensive, strengths-based evaluations for ADHD, autism, learning differences, emotional concerns, and school or workplace accommodations.

You won’t just leave with a diagnosis. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how you think, where things get harder, and what may actually help at home, school, work, and in therapy.

Therapy & Counseling

Individualized therapy for adults, teens, and children navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, masking, burnout, emotional regulation, and the ways neurodivergence can shape everyday life.

We use evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and DBT, adapted to the person—not the other way around.

Skills-Based Support

Practical support for executive functioning, flexibility, communication, emotional regulation, independence, and social-emotional skills.

Available individually and in small groups for children, teens, and adults.

Could I Be Autistic?

A reflective guide for adults who have always felt different.

Not a checklist or a quiz.

A private place to slow down, reflect, and make sense of experiences that may not have fit the traditional descriptions of autism you’ve encountered.
